Caniglia Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing team in Gretna. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

As a key member of our office team, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers while helping support scheduling, dispatch operations, work order management, and administrative tasks.

Location: Gretna, NE
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
• Support technician dispatching and daily scheduling activities
• Enter work orders and maintain accurate records
• Process and record customer payments
• Assist with general office and administrative functions
• Help ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through job completion

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service, office, administrative, or dispatch experience is helpful but not required
